We believe every child in Colorado Springs deserves a magical Christmas morning, and all parents should have access to the resources they need. Our team is thrilled to participate in the Adopt-A-Family Donation Program every year to support less fortunate families in the Colorado Springs School District 2!

Your Support Fueled Our Impact Last Year
Your generous contributions to our Adopt-A-Family fund last year enabled us to adopt every in-need family at Mountain Vista Community School. In fact, we fulfilled every gift on their wish lists and more! Here are a few of their stories.
Bob Penkhus Motor Company had the honor of helping a single mother of two and their grandma. Both students had special academic and social needs, and the holidays added extra stress to their limited family budget. With your help, we were able to provide the family with clothes, toys, and more.
We were able to help a mother who moved to Colorado with her five children to escape domestic violence. This family was living with their grandma and unable to go home to retrieve their belongings. They wanted to rebuild their lives in our community, and we had the privilege of supporting them last holiday season.
Our team donated to support a father who was raising his two children alone after their mother passed away in 2019. Christmas was a wonderful source of happiness for their family, and we had the opportunity to make their day special by contributing video games, books, clothing, and more.
Bob Penkhus Motor Company helped a grandmother who was raising two girls alone. Their mom was struggling with drug addiction, and their father was dealing with legal troubles - both of which were unable to contribute to their daughters' lives. We were able to donate lots of clothes and gifts to make their Christmas morning fantastic!
Those who donate $25 or more will receive a complimentary oil change at our service department or a $25 gift card to our Parts Department! For diesel, we will take $35 off. Here's how you can contribute:
