We are proud to be celebrating our 70th year in car services by receiving the DealerRater’s 2021 Dealer of the Year award! Each year, DealerRater recognizes the best car dealerships for their outstanding service based on reviews on their site. This award is calculated based on many factors including at least 25 reviews in the previous calendar year, at least one positive review in each quarter of the last year, and an average customer rating of at least 4.0 in the prior year. We are grateful that our commitment to excellent service has led to positive experiences for so many customers and we look forward to many more years of excellence to come!
DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award
The overwhelming number of positive reviews on the DealerRater site also led to our receiving the DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award in 2021. Meeting the criteria for the Dealer of the Year Award qualified us for this award, which is given to the top 10% of franchise dealers in the United States based on the DealerRater assigned PowerScore. Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Bob Penkhus. That's why we're even more glad that our customers have had such positive experiences with our dealerships!

Each year, CarGurus awards its Top-Rated Dealer award to dealerships with the highest ratings from shoppers. To qualify for this award, dealerships need an average of at least 4.5 stars and at least five verified customer reviews in the previous calendar year.
